Quality is a main priority for the company since its creation in June 2010. 

Our teams and work are audited every year to approve of our certification related to international standards. Indicators are created, monitored and reviewed every year.

A certified management system

ADP Ingénierie's management system is certified with ISO 9001/2015 standards. 

Our strategy for the management of quality relies on the following principles: 

  • The quality strategy is a guide that serves the management and can never bring additional constraints to the company ; 
  • The support of all must certain so every one finds interest in getting involved in the strategy ; 
  • The ISO 9001 certification demonstrate the efficiency and performance shown by the company thanks to its resources, its organization and its methods. 

This certification is a proof for our clients that our commitment to quality is not just words but a real daily discipline, whether on our projects or in the way our company works.

ADP Ingénierie's corporate values includes strong requirements in terms of ethics and transparency.

"No compromise with compliance" such is the commitment of ADP Ingénierie, which ensures that its business is carried out with a high level of excellence in anti-corruption and anti-competitive practices.

In 2017, ADP Ingénierie released its code of ethics that incorporates clear ethical rules. These rules are based on three principles that must guide work behaviors: responsibility, integrity and respect for others. They must be applied by each employee, whatever his function or hierarchical level, and by any person acting on behalf of the company and its status. Employees must also ensure that people placed under their responsibility respect the principles

In 2018, ADP Ingénierie completed and disseminated its Code of Conduct applicable to all Groupe ADP subsidiaries operating internationally. The latter was the subject of a membership campaign for all employees.

A rigorous prevention system is overseen by a Risk Management Department and relayed to each of the geographic areas where ADP Ingénierie is present

In the near future, ADP Ingénierie will have an outsourced global alert system to collect employee's reports of illegal or unethical behavior they may encounter. Alerts will be processed in accordance with Groupe ADP's vanguard alert and protection policy
