Terminal 3 Concourse A & B and Baggage Handling System (BHS) of Dubai International Airport
Dubai International Airport has been quickly and regularly growing since several years to become one of the most powerful hub in the world.
ADP Ingénierie designed, tendered, reviewed Contractor design, supervised the works and commissioned the Baggage Handling System for Terminal 3, Concourse B then extended with Concourse A for the Emirates hub operation.
ADP Ingénierie was as well in charge of passenger screening equipment, passenger boarding bridges and Terminal 3 architecture.
To contribute to the Emirates traffic growth, several extension and improvement projects are developed since the Concourse A commissioning. This includes the Concourse C integration (previously linked to T1), the Early Baggage Storage increase and the replacement of EDSs (Explosive Detection Systems) by Standard 3 EDSs.
ADP Ingénierie developed a trust based partnership with DAEP (Dubai Airport Engineering Projects - Department of Civil Aviation), DI operators and BHS Contractor (in charge of operation, maintenance and extension works). This allowed to successfully meet the project milestones for many years and to advise DAEP to reach the ambitious objectives for his airport.
