Adisutjipto International Airport

Design review of the passenger terminal project for the Adisutjipto International Airport, Yogyakarta

Update date:

Added value

ADP Ingénierie (ADPI) has emphasized its international experience and expertise in airport processes that will help enhance and strengthen the locally developed project.

Yogyakarta’s current airport is saturated. A new site has been identified for the future airport, and design studies have been commissioned from local design offices.

  • The client requested support from the passenger terminal design team, reviewing with them the airport-specific functional aspects of the first and final phases.
  • The client requested that the feasibility of any subsequent expansion of the facilities up to the desired final capacity be maintained.
  • They requested that this be verified using simulations to ensure the desired passenger KPIs can be met.

Our solution

ADP Ingénierie proposed a project combining respect of local specific elements and ugrading to the most recent international standards.
