Supporting Langres high school students: the action of ADP Ingénierie continues

Published on

A few days ago, Pascale Leblanc, HR Director, and Thierry Delaune, Deputy CEO in charge of Operations, recently went to Langres to visit the students of Diderot High School.

The high school and the company have forged a partnership for 2 years now. Our teams support students in the development of their professional project. Two visits already took place on our premises. This time, Pascale Leblanc shared her experience as HR Director with STMG students and showed the link between the human resources management program and the reality of the HR activity in the company. .

On his side, Thierry Delaune attended the presentation of the students’projects in the STI 2D AC, as part of their specialization in Architecture and Construction. This year, year of the baccalaureat – high shool French diploma, we proposed to students to work on a project of fire station for the airport of Paris-Orly. This exercise allows high school students to confront concrete issues and propose realistic solutions. Thierry Delaune also shared with them his experience and delivered some tips.

The most convincing presentations allowed 3 students (Laurine Bailly, Hugo Semelet and Jocelyn Godon) toobtain a 15-day internship in Dubai, within the teams of our business unit Central Asia, Middle East and East Africa. .

It is the social responsibility of the company to support future generations in the construction of their career, to prepare the knowledge transfer and relay between professionals of all ages. ADP Ingénierie takes part in this noble mission with enthusiasm.
