Sebastian Pinera, President of Chile Republic, has just inaugurated the Concourse C, first boarding area of the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport new passenger terminal in Santiago de Chile.

This 24 000 sqm concourse, equipped with 5 double passenger boarding bridges, will welcome approximately 400 000 passengers each month.  All in all, the new terminal will cover 300 000 sqm, allowing the airport to welcome 38 million passengers each year (22 million in 2018).

ADP Ingénierie was appointed by VINCI Construction Grands Projets to design the airside infrastructure package, the architectural and special airport systems design studies for the passenger terminal 1 & 2, as well as for the two covered carpark buildings.

This project is the first to be entirely performed in BIM by ADP Ingénierie: detailed design for the new passenger Terminal 2, for the refurbishment and the expansion of the passenger Terminal 1 and the two covered carpark buildings, design studies of special airport systems and equipment (BHS, PBB, VDGE, CUTE, BRS, GMS, FIDS, BIDS, AODB).

ADP Ingénierie provides also a technical assistance during the construction works.

The Concourse E should be operated in Spring.
