The innovative two-story design was imagined by ADP Ingénierie and finalized with the help of Zaha Hadid Architects, within a team led by BNAH. ADP Ingénierie (ADPI) has also cooperated with the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD) to provide ongoing support throughout the development phase of the design.
