Groupe ADP develops connections between students and alumni

Published on

With more than 6,000 employees and a wide variety of professions, Groupe ADP is composed of many profiles, coming from different horizons and bringing, for each, their contribution to the excellence of our practices.

From this richness, Groupe ADP draws its inspiration and carefully maintains relations with the schools that train the professionals of today and tomorrow. In this context, one of ours participated, not long ago, in this kind of events. Charles-Emmanuel Impallomeni, alumni of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussés, was present alongside other former students now employees of the Group to talk about the company's various business lines and projects. Pascale Leblanc, HR Director of ADP Ingénierie, participated in this evening too.
This type of events is also organized with other schools (i.e Angela Gambirasi with the Polytechnic School of Milan ...).

These events of exchange and discussion between generations are of crucial importance. Beyond communication, it is mainly to help future professionals in their career choices and to present them with the multiple possibilities offered by a company such as Groupe ADP. It is one of the group's strong commitments to help shape future generations and it is ADP Ingénierie's role and place to be fully involved.
