Further to the award of Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 design after an international competition, ADPI decided to open a branch in Dubai in 2000. Other large scale projects such as the Maintenance hangars of Emirates (300,000 sq.m), the master plan of the new Jebel Ali Airport (6 runways) or the 2 offices and hotel rooms towers of about 200 m height, lead ADPI office to become an important actor of ADPI group with more than 100 employees in the UAE.

Abu Dhabi Office

 

The overall design and supervision of the existing Abu Dhabi International Airport has launched the Abu Dhabi office in 1980 when Aéroports de Paris was still directly handling the architectural and enginnering international activities. Being settled in the Middle East, Abu Dhabi office has then been in charge of the design of thenex satellite from 1997 to 2002 and is now in charge of the development of key projects on the airport such as the new control tower.
